"Saudha's anti-war event in Oxford was extraordinary" Says Prof Noble
World leading biologist, the inventor of the mathematics of pacemaker and a veteran professor of Oxford University Denis Noble said, What Saudha in partnership with La Ninfa Eco brought to Oxford last Sunday was simply extraordinary.
The director of Saudha Ahmed Kaysher is taking Prof Noble's interview.
He said, what I witnessed was the voice of ordinary people and artists in general; some are war-stories and some are wide-spectrum of interpretations on what was happening around the world through music and verses are simply fantastic.
Saudha Society of Poetry and Indian Music in collaboration with La Ninfa Eco has launched a series of events that features reactions and responses of artists on war and violence happening around ther world. After a successful session at Rich Mix in East London last month, it toured to Oxford last Sunday (28 May 2022) featuring talks, music and spoken-word performances by Prof Denis Noble, the former governor of Caymen Island Anwar Choudhury, poet Alan Buckley, spoken-word artist Poppy Shahnaz. poet John Farndon, opera singer Dr Rosella Maria Bondi, Flamenco dancer Mercedes Avila Caballero, singer Mike Harris, Bengali folk dancer Sohel Ahmed, Cllr Jasmin Chowdhury, Saikat Acharjee, director of Saudha Ahmed Kaysher, the founder of La Ninfa Eco poet Gaby Sambuccetti, Nicarugian poet Lister Gomez Medina and Tagore recital group in Oxford Uadayan led by Dr Ejaz Huq, singer and song-writer Prof Ray Noble.
